网页中直接指定标签； * 全面的浏览器兼容: 兼容IE 6.0、IE 7.0、IE 8.0、FF 2.0+、Chrome
1.0+、Opera 9+、Safari 3+； * 可设置绑定事件：可以设置click|mouseover作为触发事件，
默认为mouseover； * 支持后期绑定: 当你在文档加载后插入html或者ajax内容后，可调用
