#### Automatic Installation (Recommended)

 5. Add your Theraplo configuration and start using widgets!

#### Manual Installation

 1. Download the plugin zip file
 2. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
 3. Choose the zip file and click “Install Now”
 4. Activate the plugin
 5. Go to Theraplo > Setup to configure

#### Quick Start

After activation, you’ll see:
 – Welcome notice with setup link – “Settings” link
on plugins page – New “Theraplo” menu in WordPress admin

#### For Elementor Users

 * Install and activate Elementor
 * Look for “Theraplo Calendar” widget in Elementor’s widget panel
 * Drag and drop to use!
